Media Release and Consent - KIRIA Advisory Partners

This document outlines the Media Release and Consent Policy for participants in KIRIA Advisory Partners’ feature initiatives. By proceeding to the separate consent form and checking the agreement box, you grant KIRIA Advisory Partners (“KIRIA”) permission to use your name, likeness, and quotes resulting from your interview for either the LeaderVoices Podcast or the Forbes Feature Initiative (the “Project(s)”).

The scope of media usage varies by project. Please review the details below.

1. Consent to Record and Interview

By participating, you consent to be interviewed, photographed, audio- and/or video-recorded, and to have your interview transcribed by KIRIA Advisory Partners or its representatives in connection with the applicable Project.

2. Grant of Rights & Scope of Media Usage

By providing consent, you grant KIRIA Advisory Partners, its successors, assignees, and media partners an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute your Materials (quotes, name, likeness, and recordings) as outlined below:

A. LeaderVoices Podcast — Broad Use
May include the full interview recording and/or transcript, as well as excerpts. KIRIA may use the Materials for:

Full podcast episodes
Social media reels, shorts, and video clips
Promotional graphics
Written quotes
Speaker bios and professional headshots
Any associated digital distribution across KIRIA platforms

B. Forbes Feature — Limited Use
Usage is intentionally narrow and compliance-sensitive. KIRIA may use:

Select quotes, statements, and insights for the published Forbes article
Your name, professional title, and headshot
Short, limited video/audio clips (under 5 minutes) solely to promote the final Forbes article on social media

Full interviews are not published for Forbes projects.

3. Purpose of Use

Forbes Feature:
To communicate high-level, non-proprietary professional insights, leadership philosophy, and broad industry perspectives within the editorial context of the published article.

LeaderVoices Podcast:
To share engaging, educational conversations that support leadership development, industry learning, and podcast platform promotion.

4. Professional Conduct & Compliance

By participating, you affirm that:

All statements reflect your own professional experience and perspectives.
You will not disclose confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or employer-specific commercial information.
You have the authority to grant this Release, and your participation does not violate any confidentiality, compliance, or employment agreement.

5. No Review or Approval Rights

You waive the right to review, approve, or edit the final materials, including transcripts, articles, episode drafts, or the editorial context in which your Materials appear, so long as KIRIA’s use is consistent with this Release.

6. Release & Indemnity

You release and discharge KIRIA Advisory Partners and its agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the permitted use of the Materials, including (without limitation) claims for defamation, misrepresentation, or invasion of privacy.
